We price from your drawings line by line, so you can see where every pound goes before you commit.
Plan the build
A start date, a programme and a single point of contact. We line up trades, materials, building control and party wall matters.
Build, calmly
Our experienced trades team carry out the work, with Mal overseeing quality. Simon keeps you updated every week, with photos, what's next and any decisions we need from you.
Handover
We walk through the finished work with you, finish any snags and hand over certificates and guarantees.

Which areas do you cover?
We work across south and west London, Surrey and Berkshire, from our base in Twickenham. That includes Richmond, Teddington, Kingston, Wimbledon, Ealing, Chiswick, Esher, Weybridge, Windsor and Ascot. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask.
Do I need an architect before I contact you?
No. Many clients come to us at the idea stage. We can recommend architects and structural engineers we work with, and give you a sense of budget before you spend money on drawings.
How do you price a project?
We price from your drawings and specification, line by line, so the quote shows exactly what is included. If something is still to be decided, such as a kitchen or flooring, we show it as a clear allowance.
Will we know what is happening during the build?
Yes. Simon sends an update every week covering progress, photos, what happens next and any decisions we need from you. You will always know who to call.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
Often, yes, especially for loft conversions and many extensions. We plan the build to keep your kitchen or bathroom working for as long as possible and tell you in advance about the days that will be disruptive.
