Privacy notice

This notice explains how New Beginnings Construction ("we") uses the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, property postcode and the details you choose to tell us about your project.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a visit.
• To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to manage your project.

Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you ask us to quote or build, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

Cookies and where enquiries come from

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to see how visitors use the site and which of our adverts lead to enquiries. These set cookies only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

When you send an enquiry, the form also tells us how you found us (for example, a Google search or one of our adverts) and which page you were on. We use this only to understand which advertising works.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We only share them with people who need them to deliver your project, such as your architect or building control, and with the service that hosts this website's forms.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete enquiry details after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@newbeginningsconstruction.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
